Résumé: L'accumulation de données botaniques, archéologiques et génétiques a apporté une amélioration sensible du tableau des débuts de la première expansion de la culture du blé aussi bien que de celui de l'évolution des espèces impliquées.La Révolution agricole " est subdivisée en 3 stades : la révolution agrotechnique, la révolution de la domestication et l'expansion de l'agriculture. Les blés vétus étaient la principale composante de l'économie agricole de l'Europe néolithique, un continent qui était alors un peu plus chaud qu'il ne l'est aujourd'hui. L'importance de l'expansion de la culture céréalière fut un important facteur qui changea en champs d'aujourd'hui le paysage boisé de l'Europe.Un nouveau schéma phylogénétique permet de tracer l'histoire des blés domestiques, suggérant à la fois la durée et la localisation de chaque stade de l'évolution, il révèle que le développement de ces plantes domestiques fut rapide. The intensive spread of cereal agriculture was an important factor that changed the aboriginal woody landscape of Europe to today's summer-yellow fields.A new phylogenetic scheme traces the history of domesticated wheats, suggesting the time and locale of each evolutionary step and reveals that development of these domesticated plants was rapid..
